Hey everyone,
We got tired of bloated, slow productivity tools, so we built Vexora. It brings your planner, goals, notes, and projects into one clean, fast interface.
We would love to get your thoughts on our approach. You can check it out at https://vexora.nl.
Minimalism in productivity tools only becomes compelling when it removes a specific, repeated friction—not just when it reduces features. The hard question users will implicitly ask is: what exact workflow does this replace better than Notion, Todoist, or plain notes?
Notion is powerful but you have to build the whole system yourself, which often costs more time than it saves. Todoist is simple but has no real calendar/events, so you need a second app anyway. Plain notes work but lack visual structure and don't connect to anything else. That's the gap we're trying to fill, one place for planner, notes, goals and projects, instead of having 5 different apps.
That reply made me think about one strategic decision underneath your positioning that I don't think I can explain properly in a thread without oversimplifying it.
Happy to share my reasoning if it's useful. What's the best email to reach you on?
