Video Actor or Real Person in Marketing Video ?

We sell a very customizable e-learning SAAS platform to our clients who are mostly smaller-mid sized businesses. One thing we have not done is to create a video explaining Why us which I think is important for a business like ours. We thrive on our personalized approach to every client where they also get a platform tailored to their requirements instead of cookie cutter SAAS.

Would you create a video using say the Founder or a real employee explaining this or should we hire a Video Actor who can do this more professionally to convey the value prop ? Has any indie hacker done something similar ? Would love to hear ideas.
