Video game P2P trade-in/exchange ecomm site

Hi,

As the subject reads, I want to create an eComm site where users can safely sell or buy games(for now targeting only physical games) from other users. The idea is simple and implemented many times in multiple countries. But I came from a country where video games are luxury, so the community is small and such services are absent(Or present but poorly implemented).

I want the whole experience to be seamless that's why I am planning to engage with logistics partner, which can do actual pick-up and delivery of physical games. They have API support which can plug-in my system.

The main question in my mind is how should I go about implementing the system. Since this is a pretty common idea, I assumed there might be out of shelf plugin available in woo-commerce, Magento but none seems to be available for p2p model, there are some to turn your normal ecomm to a marketplace where multiple vendors can sell to the user which is a B2C model, which I am not targetting . Also explored shopify and some online marketplace builder like sharetribe, But I don't have much idea about them and how they fare.

So if you have a suggestion about Wordpress/Woocommerce or Magento plugin that would be great or if you are using any online marketplace builder then you can share your experience, how they are and if they support p2p functionality then how they fare.
Or If are into p2p business and tried all of the above and think developing from scratch is the way to go, do express that also. I am full stack java developer so I can do that, but I don't want to re-invent the wheel hence this post.

Any comment, suggestion and self-experience about p2p business would really be appreciated
