Hi everyone,
I am trying to validate my idea.
The solution is suited for those who use Virtual Assistants (VA) for Administration. As a CEO or leader, you want to share access (login and password) to social media and some of these require two factor authentication. Which means, emailing your VA the SMS verification codes can be tedious and slow, which sometimes make code expire before they are sent.
I am proposing a solution that allows you share access to specific text messages to your VA so he/she can do his or her work without distracting you from other core activities or requiring further inputs from you.
For example, if a VA needs to access your Instagram which is protected by 2FA after login, you receive the SMS and he/she can also view just that SMS or SMS from specified services only, relieving you of the need to send these to him through other means.
This same process can be applied with email, allowing your VA access to emails from maybe LinkedIn only or Instagram.
Can't you just purchase a virtual number from Google Fi or Dialpad and assign that 2FA number to the VA?
