I’ve been building Staiger, a simple tool that turns empty room photos into fully staged interiors using AI. It’s built for real estate agents who want faster, cheaper staging without hiring designers or waiting for staging crews.
A few months ago, I started getting messages from realtors who were looking to leverage AI to boost buyer/renter engagement on social media. They wanted something quick and affordable that still looked professional. That’s what pushed me to build a lightweight virtual staging tool that leverages the latest LLMs and image generation models within an agentic workflow designed around interior design best practices and spatial layout logic.

Focus is on speed, simplicity, and quality. No post processing or editing, no setup.

Traditional staging is expensive and slow. AI can handle the visual work in a fraction of the time. But the biggest problem I wanted to solve is consistency. Many tools output random or mismatched styles. Staiger keeps staging clean, realistic, and aligned with selected styles.
Early-access users have already generated images for live listings. Feedback is strong:
Agents like the simplicity
Image quality is solid
Output is fast (usually under 30 seconds)
Real estate is very ROI-driven, which helps adoption
Better style libraries
Furniture catalogs
Custom style libraries
Batch staging for teams
Custom on-brand styles for brokerages
Workflow automation for high volume
Social media asset generation in multiple formats
If you’re in real estate, design, or marketing, I’d love your feedback:
Does the output look good enough for your listings?
Are the styles helpful?
What would make this something you’d use and pay for?
And if you’re a fellow builder and want to swap notes on image workflows, onboarding, pricing, or positioning—I’m always up for that.
