Hi,
I've got an idea for a Saas application that will help early startups offering virtual shares to its employees to be more transparent, right now these things only exist on contracts and most of the people don't know what does this mean to them. Like are they fully vested what was the exercise price and in case they left the company how to make sure that their contact information is up to date when there is an IPO et something.
The main customer would be the company and I imagine pricing would be user-based.
Any more feedback is welcome.
This is exactly what I am looking for.
Thanks for the comment, can you provide more details
I think it's a good idea for a product, but I don't think the market will care for it.
Startup options and stocks are selling a dream not reality.
They are not meant for the analytical people to agree it's a good finical decision, cause it's hard to justify by numbers, they are more for the dreamers in a way...
IMHO it would be a huge uphill push that might someday be a thing but you probably won't be the person to reap the rewards today..
Also this move to offer these and manage them are complex multi party..
If you were to try to sell it you might do it thru a financial partner.
It would also be complex requirements to make sure they don't seem to misrepresent or mislead, it's a liability for the company..
