Visipops - Feedback & Ideas for Growth?

Hi all!

I've worked on various side projects / startups in the past - some moderately successful, others not so much. My latest project is Visipops (https://visipops.com) which is a tool for creating, deploying and managing professional, responsive pop-ups.

Although I personally find a lot of pop-ups annoying, many are ok and actually really important for publishers / bloggers/ website owners, in order to get newsletter subscribers, highlight special promotions, etc.

I was actually looking for a tool at some point which would allow me to manage pop-ups but many weren't that great, e.g. built-in editors were pretty basic, or I had to design separate pop-ups for either desktop and mobile users - if I could design responsive websites, why couldn't these tools allow me to design response pop-ups too?

Anyway, so I started coding away which I really enjoyed, and after a few months all the basic functionality was there. Another couple of months later, and I’ve just finished a public beta test, ironed out a lot of bugs, added more features and made everything a bit more polished.

There's still a lot that I want to do but what's there works well. I have a small number of users but I'm now looking to grow my user base to a point where Visipops either becomes a profitable side project or I can show enough momentum to raise some money and turn it into something bigger.
