Visual artist and computer lover seeks opinions to move forward

Hi! I am a visual artist and I love computers. Since I was little I dreamed of making money online. Searching for hours without sense "how to make money online easily". I was growing and the searches changed luckily.
Currently what I actively maintain is an art instagram with 4.2k subs. It took me and takes a lot of work to grow it, but with this amount I have a strong bond with the people who follow me. Looking to generate a community.

So, my question is: It is time to provide them with valuable content and then start selling courses online. or take traffic to youtube?

I have several ideas in mind ... but I would like to know your opinions to continue from here on out :)
