Visualizing Data

I am currently importing CSV data from BuiltWith, Shopgram and Crunchbase into MySQL and running into challenges for importing large files.

I also want to visualize this data for market analysis, I am thinking about using Highcharts. Mainly to apply 80-20 principle to segment the market and get some insights. Any library suggestions for visualizing data or tips on importing large CSV files into MySQL is appreciated.
