Saw this in our own feed this morning: Vita Coco Company filed an SEC Form D for $34.99M (Manufacturing) on Aug 6. Nobody's written it up yet.
We built Funding Signals to catch these the moment they hit EDGAR, score them 0-100 for B2B sales relevance, and expose it as an API. Companies that just raised have budget and urgency, so it's a decent buying-intent signal if you can get to it before the news cycle does.
Free tier, no card required: https://fundingsignals.net/?utm_source=indiehackers&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=round11
Happy to answer questions on how the scoring works.
The timing advantage here is interesting. By the time a funding round becomes a headline, a lot of the useful sales signal has probably already been noticed by everyone else. Catching the filing itself seems like the more valuable part.
