VloreStay — Direct booking apartments in Vlorë, Albania

Built a direct booking site for our 5 holiday apartments in Vlorë, Albania to cut out Booking.com and Airbnb fees. Guests save 20% booking directly. Stack: Next.js, Vercel, Upstash Redis for admin panel. Just launched Google Ads and working on SEO. Would love feedback from anyone who's built in travel/hospitality. https://vlorestay.com
