Voice As A Service To Small Clients (Reposting)

Hello everyone, I'm hoping to discover a platform or hack to offer voice services to my very small clients. Looking to provide features like grasshopper's etc but for multiple accounts. They don't seem to have reseller options.

Easy entry and cost effective without having to be a telecom engineer...
