I'm the co-founder of Design+ which is an online subscription-based Design and Video editing service, and we're pretty close to launching it.
I want some feedback on our website - https://www.designplus.global It's look and feel and the services that it provides and who do you think can be the better Target Audience for this.

Under plans and pricing, you offer 3 plans -- $350, $700, and $500, with the middle one highlighted. I think it may be more common to have the highlighted plan, the one in the middle, be the middle price. It makes it seem more like it's the best deal of the three. Just a thought!

The main question I have: it is definitely nice to have all of my designs done for 700$/month, but how fast are you and what is the quality of your work? How many iterations do I get per month? What if my project goes over one month? Can I pause subscription if I don't have work for a month? Also, what if we don't get to an acceptable design, is there a money back guarantee? I think for you to get a good conversion you need to either promote trial more or build a strong portfolio that will address questions similar to what I asked above.

Yes, most of the questions that you've sampled are answered on our website.
One can get only designs done at $365/month, only videos at $500/month & both done at $700/month. One can request as many creatives as they want and also can expect unlimited revisions/iterations on the same (Unlimited for real, no cap!)
We don't estimate or charge on a project basis, so if your project extends to another month, no worries; your subscription is extended on to the next month and if you wish to cancel, you can write to us before the next month starts.
Our portfolio samples show the quality of work we'll be providing, so one can definitely make that out from our website and the samples listed. But, if you don't, by any chance like the quality of our deliverable, you do get a 7-Day trial money-back guarantee at the start, so you're covered. Also if you wish to pause your subscription, you can write to us on our mail and we can help you out with that, though considering people/businesses hardly ever run out of content to design, so they can always stay on the subscription and get whatever small to big designs/video content requested and created, but yes, i understand your point.

Your website looks very clean and professional. It seems to have everything important. The only area where you could expand is on the portfolio. I want to know more details about specific types of work you do. For example if I was looking for a new website design, you only include one very basic example of that. In that scenario, it doesn't help me that you also have packaging and business card examples because I won't be interested in them.
The amount of animations is a bit much for my taste, but that's subjective of course.

Yes, we're actually working on populating our portfolio with more Design & Video samples. Also, as per your suggestion of having them categorized as per the user's needs/requirements would be a really good consideration since that would ease up the task for the user and would present them with what they actually want.
