Want It Now

A couple of years ago, eBay had this feature called Want It Now. They discontinued the feature for unknown reasons. I was wondering if you know any similar app that does the same thing?

Basically, it's the reverse of buy and sell. Instead of the seller posting an item, it will be the buyer who will post the item that they need/want.
