Want to convert your podcast episodes into blog posts?

Podcasts are great, and everyone loves them.

But new podcast creators often struggle with getting discovered/found online.

As advanced as it is, Google still relies heavily on textual information to rank and index searches for just about everything that’s published online...including podcasts.

I’ve been working on a prototype to help podcasters converts published podcast episodes into blog posts.

In addition to helping with overall SEO, publishing in multiple text formats allows for your podcast content to be encapsulated and consumed in different ways (eg. email, social media, e-books, etc).

I just finished building out the MVP and it’s ready for a few brave beta testers to give it a test run.

Check out some of the examples on our blog!

Have a podcast? Want a free blog post?

Shoot me an email at [email protected].

Tell me the name of your podcast and the title of a previously published episode, and I’ll convert it for you for free :)

This is exactly the problem I've been obsessing over.

What I've found works best is a two-step approach:

    1. Extract a "brief" from the transcript first (key quotes, main themes, stories)
    2. Generate content from that brief, not the raw transcript

Going straight from transcript → blog post produces generic garbage. The brief step is where the magic happens.

The other thing that matters: feeding the AI examples of your past writing so it matches your voice. Generic AI output is obvious and nobody engages with it.

What's your current workflow looking like?

Hi Patrice, and thanks for beta testing!

Your audio was published in MP4 format (software expects MP3) which helped expose a small bug which I'll fix later.

Here's a link to your episode:

        Hi,

I publish via Anchor - so I have no option but to publish via that format. I tried viewing, but there is an issue. See email for details.

        Thanks!
