Wanted to help SAAS founders having a conversion focused website!
It's been 2 years since I am following Indiehackers. Every other day when I see some new SAAS website I feel bad because most of the website are loosing lots of money.
I don't know if founders are aware about it or not but, I can tell from my experience.
Anyway I want to create a product for SAAS founders so they can fix those issues in their website which will help them get more customers.
My solution will not be based on random psychology or design technique e.g. using anchoring or making button bigger.

Secondly, I've taken the approach of not fixing problems on the website or the product on our way to £10k MRR by end of Oct. Instead, I am focusing on old-fashioned Tech Startup Customer and Volunteer acquisition.

I don't know what you understand from my post. But, you are solving the problem and you had already mentioned it clearly in the hero section.
Not sure why you are saying "I had used the approach of not fixing problems on the website."
A lot of people are saying about how to improve the website and the product. I'm prioritising this over traction, i.e. I am not product obsessed until we get to £10k MRR.
