Wasting Time Pitching? You’re Probably Not Fundable Yet.

Most founders don’t fail to raise because of their idea.
They fail because they’re not investor-ready.

I’ve been around early-stage investing, involved with multiple angel syndicates and networks, and I keep seeing the same mistakes:

Weak positioning
No clear narrative
Wrong expectations from investors
I’m doing 10 paid audits + networking + connects comprehensive giveaway this week:
→ I’ll review your pitch/startup
→ Tell you honestly if you’re fundable or not
→ And what exactly needs fixing
→ Most importantly, connecting you with insiders in angel syndicates and networks to eventually move to warm intros and further pitching.

No fluff. No sugarcoating.

If you're raising (or planning to), comment or DM.

Paid, but worth it if you're serious.

A lot of founders probably focus too much on the pitch before making sure the business itself is ready for investor questions. I like the idea of getting an honest review first, especially if it highlights specific gaps instead of just saying the pitch needs work.

This is the advice that founders need to hear but almost nobody says out loud. The pitch process is seductive because it feels like progress, but it's often avoiding the real work of building something people want.

The flip side of this: once founders accept they're on a bootstrapped/solopreneur path, they suddenly need a completely different operating system. No finance team, no ops team, no EA - just them managing clients, projects, pipeline, and decisions solo.

That's the gap I'm building toward with a Solopreneur Notion OS - a 9 one-time bundle that gives solo founders the ops infrastructure they need without VC funding. Would be curious what you think the 'fundability' gate actually measures at the earliest stage.

Your point about founders not being 'investor-ready' is so true. Most people try to raise before they even have real traction.

Since you are already doing audits and connects for serious founders, you should bring your expertise into the Validation Arena (tokyolore.com). 🤝
