Dear IndieHackers!
I posted in the landing page feedback group about two months back. The feedback I got was immensely useful.
This weekend I completely redid the landing page (and the app itself, but that's a different story). I am not sure what the etiquette is. Is it OK to post the page again given the changes?
The page can be found here: https://watercooler.site/
I have created a slack bot called The WaterCooler. It is a tool aimed at distributed teams (arguably now during this pandemic I suppose that really described 99% of us).
The problem I encountered is that it can be rather lonely to work in a distributed team. You have to make a concerted effort to get to know your your co-workers. If you don't do this collaboration suffers, and picking up on social cues relating to someones well-being becomes hard.
The WaterCooler aims to solve this problem. It pairs the members of your slack organization on a daily basis for "socials". It tries to be clever about it such that you don't have to speak to the same person too often, and also tries to time the scheduling such that chances are high that people are online.
We have been using this bot (and its predecessors) for a good 4 years in my day job. It actually works remarkably well.
Any and all feedback is welcome!

Thank you!
Hi Spe,
Hope you are well.
Great website, I took the liberty to write some notes:
If you found them useful and would like to have a chat, let me know on the comments below or contact links on my profile.
Best,
Sebastian
This is super useful indeed! Thank you Sebastian!
I'll get to fixing this as soon as I finish work today :)
Ta,
Sebastian
Awesome Spe! You are most welcome
Howdy Seb, so I finally got around to making some changes. I ended up quite radically redoing the site. There was just, like you wrote, too much text on it!
I dramatically simplified it, and made it less redundant. Let's see if it helps in terms of conversion!
Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback!
What an amazing landing page guide I was trying to do the same thing here on filtration system blog but you helped me by sharing this information.
