Ways of Getting clients for a freelancer in any field

All these platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc. are now saturated and there is very little probability of a fresher getting a project on platforms like these. So what should we the other ways to getting clients?

1. From linked in
2. From platforms that are not saturated yet.
3. Reach some of the potential clients by cold emailing.

So what you have to do in the comment section (do at least one ):-
