We always think we are smarter (paid advertising)!

We always think we are smarter!
And yes, even though we know that we don't know everything and that we learn every day, we still have this cognitive bias that makes us think we are smarter.

For example: since I've been doing Facebook/ Instagram ads for so long, I should know that ads wear out!
And yet...
The whole month of April, we lived on a cloud. With more and more customers coming in every day.
And we owed it in large part to 1 creative, which worked like a charm!
(For the trick, an instagram reel, reused in ads. That makes less publicity, more organic and people love it).
And we let go ... as if it could last forever ...
And bam! Of course, after a month, the advertising started to wear out and the numbers started to drop.

It was sure but we didn't plan anything to replace this ad that would eventually fail.
We quickly put some patches but it was completely insufficient.
Anyway, after 15 days, we managed to turn around, to create new concepts and the bar was raised.
But if I'm honest, we knew it was coming and we should have anticipated it.

Anyway, we'll do better next time!
