We are looking for a CEO for ImprovMX 👀

TLDR

We are hiring a CEO to grow ImprovMX beyond $20k MRR.
You: Have already grown companies from 20k to 50k MRR and have experience managing a team.
(Note: no, we are not selling ImprovMX)

Hey everyone!

We've been growing ImprovMX for a while now and along with that, we've grown the team to 5 people (Antoine and I - the founders, Nate and Matt handling the support, and Muhammad for the architecture and sysops management).

We want ImprovMX to continue to grow, and for that to happen, we need someone that will be able to lead the team and take important decisions in order to move ImprovMX to the next steps.

That's why we are looking for someone that has experience in managing a small team of 5-10 people and is able to grow a project from $20k MRR to $50k.

As a Chief Executing Officer, your responsibilities will be to :

• Manage the team
• Handle any issues that arise. Being an email forwarding tool, issues are mostly related to deliverability, IPs being blacklisted, etc
• Add new features to the service
• Hire people whenever needed/possible

Your compensation will include a fixed base salary as well as a % of the growth you've helped generate.
