Most productivity apps fail for the same reason: they organize your tasks but do nothing about the moment you lose motivation and stop caring.

So we built Focido around a different idea. What if a real human could step in at exactly that moment? Not an AI. A person.
We call them motivators. They send nudges, check in during commitment windows, and help users follow through. And we're seeing completion rates go up when a motivator is involved vs. solo use.
The interesting side of this: the motivator role creates a new kind of income opportunity. Anyone with empathy, responsiveness, and the ability to encourage someone in plain human language can become a personal motivator inside the app.
No coaching certificate required. Just showing up reliably and helping someone do the thing they said they'd do.
We're early. Motivator marketplace monetization is in roadmap. But the core loop already works and the early data on completion uplift looks solid.
Happy to answer questions about the model, the mechanics, or how we think about matching.
