We built a safer way to handle reviews as makers

Public reviews are important, but they can be stressful, especially for makers shipping fast and iterating often. Happy users rarely leave reviews, while frustrated users are much quicker to do so.

We built Feedback Engine to help makers handle this more safely. It collects feedback through a simple widget, verifies each review by email, and then routes it based on sentiment. Positive feedback can be shared publicly on NBP and encouraged on platforms like G2 and Google, while constructive feedback stays private so teams can fix issues before public ratings take a hit.

The goal is to make feedback more useful and reviews less risky for early-stage products.

Plus It comes with AI analysis and NPS scoring!

Does this sound useful to you as a maker?
