We built a tool to kill manual CRM updates — here’s what we learned

We built SynQall because we were tired of watching sales reps spend 15–20 minutes after every call updating CRMs.

In every team we saw, the pattern was the same:
– Notes rushed or skipped
– Fields filled differently by every rep
– Context lost between calls
– Managers making decisions on messy data

The ironic part? CRMs are supposed to be a source of truth.

Instead of building another heavy “integration-first” tool, we took a different approach:
Sales calls → transcription → structured CRM fields → copy & paste.

No integrations. No IT reviews. Works with any CRM, even custom ones.

Right now, reps spend ~90 seconds reviewing instead of 15+ minutes typing.

We just launched and opened a free tier (3 calls, no card).
Still early, still learning.

Would love feedback from anyone who’s built sales tools or dealt with CRM chaos:
– Is copy/paste a deal-breaker or a feature?
– What’s the worst CRM workflow you’ve seen?
