Hi all. My friend and I have been meditating together for about a year and we were experimenting with different ways to track what we are grateful for. Throughout the day, we feel it’s a real joy to take a single minute to pause and be grateful for our lives.
It started as a journaling exercise and became a slack channel and eventually became an iPhone app.
