We built LetRetro — because our retros were boring, silent, and painful.

Hey Indie Hackers!

We’re a small team of developers who used to dread retrospective meetings.

Picture this:
Three devs on Zoom… awkward silence… half the team scrolling on their phones… the other half nodding aimlessly.
We knew retros should be valuable, but all the tools we tried were either too bloated, too dull, or too pricey.

So, we said: “There’s gotta be a better way.”
And we built one.

🎉 Introducing LetRetro — a modern, clean, and actually fun retrospective platform.
