That's the idea behind RangerOS.
RangerOS is an AI-powered Chief of Staff platform that helps freelancers and solopreneurs manage business operations through AI specialists who plan workflows, delegate tasks, and execute work automatically.
Instead of switching between multiple apps, you interact with one AI that coordinates operations in the background and only brings you in when decisions are needed.
Our vision isn't to build another AI assistant; it's to create an operational layer that helps people spend less time managing work and more time growing their business.

If you could delegate one part of your business to an AI Chief of Staff today, what would it be?
Funny seeing this, I'm building in almost exactly this space too (FounderFlow, disclosing since it's directly relevant), so take this as a fellow builder's two cents rather than a competitor's dig. The framing I've settled on after a while is that "AI Chief of Staff" means wildly different things to different people, planning, delegation, monitoring, comms, so the hardest part for us wasn't the AI, it was picking one narrow job to be excellent at first. To answer your actual question: for me the first thing I'd delegate is triage, just tell me the 2-3 things today that actually need a decision instead of me checking five dashboards. What's the first specialist you're planning to ship?
Interesting direction.
The thing I'd be careful with is that products like this often become harder to evaluate because everyone sees something different in them.
That sounds harmless at first, but it can create surprisingly expensive feedback if the wrong people end up defining what the product is.
I wouldn't make that decision casually in a thread.
