We built "SlashitApp" and validated with $1K MRR

Yes, We built Slashit App and validated it with $1K MRR.
And we did it without fancy marketing.

Here’s what happened:

As a design founder at Panze – UX Design Studio, I was writing the same replies every day.
Project updates, client replies, follow up messages and more.
It was eating hours of my week.

So I asked myself: Why don’t we have a tool that saves these messages and pastes them with one shortcut?

I shared the idea with my friend.
We didn’t start building right away.
We validated first.

Here’s exactly what we did:

• Researched and listed our potential users (freelancers, small agency founders, managers, support teams)
• Created a simple survey and sent it to them
• Created a waitlist website and shared it under every post
• Collected 100+ emails before do hardwork
• Launched and emailed the entire waitlist
• Published on Product Hunt and a few listing sites

That’s it.
No big launch.
Just simple steps and consistent output.

Now Slashit App is at 500+ users (Free + Paid) and $1K MRR.
And we’re still posting daily so people don’t forget us.
