We built Subsavio after realizing we were bleeding cash on forgotten subscriptions đź’¸

A few months ago, our team realized something painful, we were paying for 20+ SaaS tools every month, and half of them weren’t even being used.
No single dashboard. No renewal reminders. Just chaos.

So we built Subsavio,a simple Chrome extension to help small teams and founders see, monitor, and manage all their subscriptions in one place.

No complex setup, just visibility and control.
Because managing tools shouldn’t take more time than using them.

We’re launching on Product Hunt soon, and would love your feedback 🙌

Love the focus on solving the hidden cost of forgotten subscriptions – it’s a real pain for small teams. The key challenge will be getting people to actually install yet another extension and keep it active. Building smart categorization and alerts is great, but think about integrating with payment providers or accounting tools to surface charges automatically. Also consider how to retain users once they’ve cleaned up their subscriptions; maybe add usage analytics or negotiation services so there’s ongoing value. Otherwise people may install, cancel a few charges and churn.

Thank you for the thoughtful insights! You're absolutely right — the biggest bottleneck isn’t just identifying hidden subscriptions, but making the extension “worth keeping” after the initial cleanup. We’re considering features like usage analytics, renewal reminders, smarter categorization, and few more options to keep long-term engagement high.

Really appreciate your feedback, it’s helping us shape a more robust and sticky product experience!
