Hey IH folks,
For the last couple of years, we’ve been building a community platform for coaches and brands. Across demos and user interviews, one theme kept repeating itself: coaches are drowning in multiple tools.
Most of them run their whole business across 5-10 different apps. Payments in one corner, courses somewhere else, community in a different tab, Zoom for live sessions… and usually something breaks at the worst possible time. It’s a workflow held together by grit and caffeine.
We’ve tried explaining this problem through feature pages and videos. The frustration of coaches is less about missing functionality and more about the “mental bandwidth tax” of jumping between tools.
So we tried another route.
We made a full-length song with simple block-style visuals that walk through a coach’s typical day - the chaos, the friction, and the final moment where everything finally comes together.
All of it, from lyrics, visuals to the final cut, was crafted fully in-house by our founder Omnath, our designer Satadal, and me.
The song is called “Too Many Tabs (Found My Flow)” aka Coaching Song.
The intention wasn’t to pitch our product. We wanted to experiment with a format that hits emotionally and feels light, honest, and shareable. If you’ve ever run a coaching business or a community while juggling a bunch of tools, parts of it might feel familiar.

A few things we’re genuinely curious about from the IH community:
• Have you ever used something creative or unconventional to communicate a product’s core pain? Did it land?
• How do you decide when to lean into storytelling vs being straightforward and functional?
• Do you think formats like this help people “get the problem” faster, or do they distract from the actual product?
Happy to talk about the process, tools, what worked, and what we’ll probably change if we do something like this again.
Would love to hear your thoughts. :)
