We Didn't Start NimbleBiz AI Because AI Was Trending.

A few months ago, we kept noticing something strange.

Businesses were spending money on ads.

Leads were coming in.

People were genuinely interested.

Yet owners kept saying the same thing:

"We're getting inquiries, but conversions feel lower than they should be."

At first, we assumed it was a marketing problem.

Maybe the leads weren't qualified.

Maybe the offers weren't strong enough.

But when we started looking closer, we saw the real issue.

A customer would send a message.

Ask for pricing.

Request details.

Show clear buying intent.

And then...

They'd wait.

Sometimes for hours.

Sometimes until the next day.

By then, the excitement was gone.

The customer had already moved on.

What surprised us most was that this wasn't happening because businesses didn't care.

Most teams were simply overwhelmed.

Too many conversations.

Too many platforms.

Too many follow-ups to remember.

The more founders we spoke to, the more obvious it became:

Most businesses don't lose customers because they can't generate leads.

They lose customers in the gap between interest and response.

That's what led us to start building NimbleBiz AI.

Not to replace human conversations.

But to make sure they happen when they matter most.

Still early in the journey, but excited to build in public and learn from other founders here.
