We got our first customers 2 in one day after 20 weeks of building, did your first customers come quicker or slower?

About 20 weeks ago we decided to start building a solution for async communication that is better than email. https://sendmemo.app is the result of that endeavor. (We we're trying to build products further back but they were very different)

Yesterday we went from 0 customers too 2. I think there's a saying about buses here.

I thought it would be interesting to share for everyone who's still on zero customers, the day will come and you might not expected it. We didn't start yesterday with the feeling like this was the right day. Each day had felt like progress but we didn't know we we're about to cross the line.

For anyone else building a Software product how long did it take you to go from zero customers to more?

Also how many users did you have before you had 1 customer?
Before having customers we had approximately 100 users.
