Over the years, we tried countless WordPress booking plugins. Some worked well at the beginning… but the moment our needs became more complex, everything broke down.
Want multiple staff across different locations? → new plugin.
Want packages, credits, or deposits? → another plugin.
Need invoices or client dashboards? → yet another plugin.
At some point, we had 4–5 plugins duct-taped together, each with conflicts and limitations. It wasn’t scalable. It wasn’t smooth. And it definitely wasn’t built for real business workflows.
So we decided to scratch our own itch.
That’s how VOLIXTA was born — a professional-grade WordPress booking system, built from the ground up for teams, service providers, and businesses that outgrow the “basic calendar” era.
A few highlights:
Smart scheduling (buffers, time rules, time zones)
Multi-staff & multi-location management
Client & staff portals (frontend-only, no backend mess)
Invoices, packages, wallet credits built-in
WooCommerce integration for payments
We’re preparing for our public launch on December 1st.
👉 In the meantime, I’d love feedback from this community:
If you’ve tried to build or run a booking system — what was your biggest frustration or workaround?
