Hope everyone's day is going well!
My no-code agency, Rivercrest, recently onboarded our first client for on-demand development, integration, and support.
We provide companies a dedicated team of 3-8 talented no-code development, integration, and support specialists, and we already have our first team working on this project.
The client came to us yesterday and said it's the fastest software development company they've ever worked with, but I feel we're reaching our limit on what we can do with our current team and budget.
We currently have them signed up for our $495/mo basic plan, which gets them unlimited revisions and requests to a Trello board, dedicated email support, and a team of 3 (Developer, Designer, Integration/Support Specialists)
I feel we could raise prices for the basic plan to something like $995/mo, as that's still relatively inexpensive compared to most software development agencies.
Along with this, I'm still trying to determine where our marketing and outreach efforts will be best spent?
Small and medium businesses obviously need software development, integration, and support, and I have a few mediocre leads from Nextdoor for local businesses, but perhaps we should offer our services to other web development agencies, and act as a subcontractor for any extra or overwhelming work they have?
Really just hoping I can chat with others who have been in the same, or similar position as myself.
Any and all thoughts welcome.
Thanks!
