“My First 100” aims to showcase how Singaporean founders spend their first 100 days in their businesses. Flint is student-run, got their first 100 orders through crowdfunding, and currently has 600+ customers eagerly waiting for their first product.

What I find interesting here is the gap between people caring about sustainability and actually changing their buying behavior.

Having hundreds of people waiting for a first product suggests that the founders may have identified something more important than awareness: a willingness to act when the sustainable option is practical and desirable.

That seems like an important lesson for sustainability-focused founders. The goal is not only to explain why a problem matters, but to design products that make the better choice easier.

I’d be curious to know what they learned from those early customers that changed the product itself.
