There's some data that shows that having a form (or some other "time sink") on your landing page can help with conversions (as it makes the user invest).

Still, I would definitely add some more information about the "what" and "why".

Overall, the current form is super clean & professional looking, I really like the style!

Maybe you can get some inspiration from https://gumroad.com/

It seems like a great idea. But I’m not converting, it would be great to show why your solution is better than many alternatives out there.

Thank you for the feedback. We have also noticed the same through our analytics. We are working on a second version of the site that hopefully can convert better.

In looking at it I get the idea quickly - you are an instant solution to selling files, it's on me to market them, etc. But I am short on some info I need to make a decision. Right off the bat here is what I want to see - what does the URL look like that I get to sell my stuff - explain that I get one, I get my own page, this is the link I give out, and what it looks like.

Second thing - show me an example of what my page will look like, how much room do I have to showcase and explain, can I add images? How much text space? What does it look like on mobile?

You have log in but not sign up - I have to give you my file before anything - Add a sign-up button before I give you my files because I don't know you. You might regret the no-sign-up benefit if what's sold is sketchy. I don't see how sign-up is a drawback here or how that's too much friction and has become your secondary USP after "sell anything in seconds" - You know the space better than I do most likely but "sell anything in seconds" should be enough of a draw.

The website shows upload, customize, notifications, payment, share - show me each of these - that's the tour - that's the point at which I have enough info to make a decision.

Maybe break explainer sections into blocks separated by testimonials (when you get some), end with a sign-up CTA button. It can still be simple and clean but you have to explain and build trust.

Wow, Thank you for feedback. This is a well thought out critique and is really valuable for a startup at our stage. We had not really looked at it that way but your argument makes sense, so much that my team and I will work to incorporate these ideas on our next update.
