Hey everyone, after months of procastination I finally took the dive and started a new business.
The name of the business is Support Engine and we help growing startups scale their customer support affordable by pairing them with an experienced customer support rep for $799 a month.
I would love some feedback on the landing page: www.mysupportengine.com
And feel free to ask any questions you might have.
Congrats with a launch! Do you "outsource" customer support agents or have your own team? Isn't this too expensive for the startups (just asking)? Probably it would make sense to have some differentiation on the price if possible...
But well, you asked for some feedback on the landing page - looks clean and easy to follow up what is it all about! Good luck!
Thanks for the feedback Vaitko, I plan to add different pricing plans as the business matures but right now I'm just trying to learn as much as I can from customers, so I can customise those plans to their needs.
Hey man, really cool idea!
I had the same idea last night actually, as I lead the support team at the company I work for.
So, feedback time:
But yeah I can see this being a good service. Just needs some more content for me :)
Wow I didn't know about these issues. I just wanted to build a quick landing page to get this out there, but I'll work on these.
When it comes to learning about your business, well hopefully you've already onboarded customer support staff in the past so it should be as straight forward as doing that again.
The longer we stay on the more we learn and the better we can help you.
As far as testimonials go, I'll add those when we've had a successful run with a couple of customers.
No worries man, it's what we're all here to help each other with! :)
Sounds fair enough, I think an explanation of what the customer is expected to do though still needs some more details. Potentially a page on how it works?
Yeah that makes sense regarding the testimonials. Wouldn't expect any yet!
Really wish you the best of luck though @Lenny, it all sounds good.
Thanks a lot : )
I understand there's still a lot more the customer needs to understand which is why the CTA is a contact us button.
It allows me to explain things in more detail via email or a video call.
