We just launched Homeroo — free property management for independent landlords

I'm Daniel, a solo founder from Prague, and today I'm officially launching Homeroo — a free property management tool built for independent landlords.
**The problem**
Managing rental properties in the Czech Republic (and most of Central Europe) means juggling spreadsheets, PDFs, and email threads. Enterprise property management software exists, but it's built for large agencies with 100+ units — way too complex and expensive for someone who owns 1–5 apartments.
I was a landlord myself and I couldn't find anything simple, modern, and free. So I built it.
**What Homeroo does**
- Track properties, tenants, and leases in one place
- Monitor rent payments and get reminders
- Store documents (contracts, inspection reports)
- Basic financial overview — income vs. expenses per property
**Where we are**
Early stage. The core is working, we have our first real users, and we're iterating fast based on feedback. It's free while we're in beta.
**What I'm looking for**
- Feedback from anyone who's managed rental properties
- Landlords willing to try it and tell me what's missing
