The positioning is strong, especially the “turn traffic into leads” angle. That’s a real pain point.

For context, I run an electronics marketplace, and lead capture is tricky because users are more transactional than conversational. Most either bounce fast or go straight to product pages.

Right now we rely mostly on:

Clear product page CTAs

Retargeting (since a lot of users don’t convert first visit)

Some basic email capture, but it’s not optimized

What would make something like NoForm a no-brainer for me:

Ability to qualify intent quickly (buyer vs just browsing)

Smart prompts based on behavior (e.g. someone spending time on a product vs homepage)

Seamless integration without slowing page speed

Clear ROI tracking (how many conversations actually turn into sales)

One question I have:
How well does it perform on lower-intent traffic? For example, users who are just comparing prices or casually browsing — does it still convert them without feeling intrusive?

Overall, looks promising. If you can really tie conversations to actual revenue (not just chats), that’s where this becomes very powerful.
