We Just Launched WarmInbox on Google Workspace Marketplace

WarmInbox is now live on the Google Workspace Marketplace, and it works with any Google account. If you're sending cold emails from Gmail, you can now warm up your inbox automatically, with zero hassle.

We built it to fix one simple problem: new email accounts get flagged, and your outreach ends up in spam. WarmInbox solves that by simulating real email activity—opens, replies, engagement—that builds sender reputation over time.

Setup is quick. Just create an App Password, connect your account, and you're done. No OAuth flow. No extensions. No guesswork.

We’re offering a 7-day free trial, so you can try it out and see the results for yourself.

If you do give it a spin, we’d love your feedback. What features would make it even better? Anything missing you wish it had? Your ideas genuinely help shape what comes next.

Congrats on the launch! I’m building a trust tool for freelancers (TestStack), so I relate to the MVP -> feedback loop. How did you validate your pricing model?

Thanks! I totally get the MVP → feedback loop struggle.

On pricing, we honestly haven’t validated it for the Google version yet. We just launched on the Workspace Marketplace, so right now we’re offering a 7‑day free trial to focus on getting installs and usage before worrying about conversions.

For the core WarmInbox app (outside Google), we based pricing on what similar tools charge but deliberately started lower to make it easy for early users to try it. That gave us a rough signal that the model made sense, but for Gmail users, we’re still in the “listen first, adjust later” stage.
