We just pivoted : CoRepo.org the largest company search engine online.

I had been selling a typical marketing tool for a while some of you may remember Gardener. Traction was not great and I did not want to be in the email marketing business anymore.

But instead of shutting it all down I am trying more pivot. This is CoRepo, its like google but without any content sites only company homepages.

I saw the need for this in the market when I myself was doing alot of searching for companies by specific keywords and having little success with the traditional applications like linkedin or crunchbase, particularly when the keywords do not fall into some of their predefined categories. CoRepo is quiet different in that we crawl the whole homepage of each company to gather much more information than linkedin has in the description. And we are different from google in that we only index companies which are not primarily content sites.

P.S. yes I am crawling indiehackers & product but at the moment my homepage crawler is still not done with the larger companies just wait soon you will appear in the search results yourself :)
