Hey IH
I work with a team (Intech) that's
implemented Odoo for a bunch of SMBs and mid-market companies, and we kept
seeing the same pattern: founders decide to move to Odoo, then the project
either stalls for months or gets rushed and breaks on go-live weekend.
So we wrote up an actual phase-by-phase 90-day roadmap — not a sales pitch,
just what needs to happen and in what order:
Full post here if you want the details on each phase:

Posting this here because a lot of IH founders eventually hit the "our
spreadsheets don't scale anymore" wall, and I'm curious how people here
have handled it — Odoo, another ERP, or just duct-taping tools together
for longer than you'd like to admit
The polite nods are useless. The stranger who says 'this step confused me' just saved you a month. Seen clean roadmaps stall at data migration because demo data lies — real transactions break differently. Publish the messy parts; that's what strangers actually react to.
