We just published a real 90-day Odoo rollout roadmap - sharing it here for feedback

I work with a team (Intech) that's
implemented Odoo for a bunch of SMBs and mid-market companies, and we kept
seeing the same pattern: founders decide to move to Odoo, then the project
either stalls for months or gets rushed and breaks on go-live weekend.

So we wrote up an actual phase-by-phase 90-day roadmap — not a sales pitch,
just what needs to happen and in what order:

• Weeks 1–2: Lock scope hard. Decide what's "Phase 1 or nothing."
• Weeks 2–4: Map how the business actually runs (not the org chart version)
• Weeks 3–6: Configure everything possible before writing a single
  custom line
• Weeks 4–7: Clean and trial-import data (this is where most timelines
  quietly die)
• Weeks 5–8: Integrate only what the business can't function without
• Weeks 7–9: Test with real users doing real tasks, not demo data
• Weeks 9–10: Role-specific training + honest change comms
• Weeks 11–12: Go-live + two weeks of hypercare

Posting this here because a lot of IH founders eventually hit the "our
spreadsheets don't scale anymore" wall, and I'm curious how people here
have handled it — Odoo, another ERP, or just duct-taping tools together
for longer than you'd like to admit
