We just shipped something I don't think exists anywhere else in this space.

We just shipped something I don't think exists anywhere else in this space.

It's called System Packs.

Here's the idea: when you build a great AI employee setup inside MoodLens, the right role, prompts, personality, knowledge base, automations, even a doc or manual explaining exactly how it should work, you can package the entire thing and share it. Like an app you install, except it's a fully configured AI team member that comes with its own instructions.

Someone else installs your pack, and they get the exact same specialist, the personality, the knowledge, the manual it follows, minus your private credentials, secrets, and chat history. Just the configuration and the playbook that actually makes it good.

A few examples of what this could look like:

→ A "Client Onboarding Manager" pack, complete with a doc on tone, what questions to ask, and when to escalate to a human
→ A "Support Triage Agent" pack trained on a specific knowledge base, with a manual on how to categorize and prioritize tickets
→ A "Launch Day Coordinator" pack that knows exactly which tasks to create, who to assign them to, and what order things need to happen in

Install any of these in seconds instead of building them from scratch.

We're already thinking about what this becomes: a marketplace where creators publish packs, set a price, and get paid every time someone installs their setup.

This is the part of MoodLens I'm most excited about long term, not because it's a feature, but because it turns every great AI employee someone builds, knowledge, personality, and playbook included, into something reusable by everyone else.

Curious if anyone's seen anything like this elsewhere. Genuinely haven't.
