Hi everyone,
I’m the CEO & founder of Mindorion.
Before building this product, I spent several years in consulting and operations.
One experience stayed with me for a long time:
we lost a consulting deal worth over €2 million, not because of delivery or pricing —
but because the proposal we sent still contained internal comments about margin.
The client saw them.
The deal was cancelled.
What struck me is how non-exceptional this mistake actually is.
Most teams rely on manual checks, versioning habits, and last-minute reviews —
and assume documents are “clean enough”.
That’s why I built Qualion-Proposal, the first module of Mindorion.
The product does one thing, very intentionally:
before a proposal, RFQ or RFP is sent, it scans the document and flags anything that should not be visible to a client — comments, tracked changes, metadata, sensitive content.
The goal isn’t compliance theater or heavy workflows.
It’s simply to remove unnecessary business risk from everyday documents.
The site is live, the product is intentionally simple, and we’re early.
I’m currently looking for feedback from people who deal with client-facing documents in consulting or B2B services:
– Does this problem resonate with you?
– How do you handle document risk today?
– What would make this kind of tool genuinely useful (or not) in your workflow?
Happy to answer questions and learn from the community.
