Exactly a month back, I & @nithin_jawahar thought of quitting LaunchPedia and starting building other projects as things are not going well.
But, we didn't want to give up as we have a glimmer of hope that LaunchPedia will help makers, so we thought we will try one last time.
Then, we started building our new product from LaunchPedia "Product Hunt Done, Now What?" (A list of 50+ places to promote your startup.)
Once we finished building it, we shared in the communities and our traffic slowly improved.
One week ago, Navneet (Founder of Launch List) reached out to us to feature their product on our website.
That's how we earned our $1
Looking at the events that happened, I question myself that "What if we gave up last month?"
We wouldn't have made money and also we would've thought our project is a complete failure.
So, my suggestion for any of you who wants to give up is "Just give one last shot and see if things can work out. This way, you won't regret it at least!!"

great work man!
Thanks a lot James 🤗
I met your website in Product Hunt's comment section a few weeks ago! Wishing you many more zeros after that 1 💪
Thanks a lot Yulia 🤗🤗
Also, what are your thoughts on our website? Do you have any suggestions for us?
Often when it gets hard, you are inclined to abandon what you started and jump to the next idea. Try to stay focused! After the phase that is hard, will often come a phase that's more easy. We want to develop an app for Shopify shops and the beginning was rough: No one wanted to talk to us. I almost wanted to quit and try a different idea. But with time and trial and error we found our path and are talking to about 3 Shopify CEOs every week now.
That's amazing man, results come for those who only stay in the game.
I learnt this from my first startup, i gave up so fast at that time and i regret that even today.
Congrats for first dollar! This the perfect example why Product Hunt is over hyped!

Thanks a lot, Berns!!
That's true, We cannot just rely on Product Hunt for traffic or revenue. We should always find other communities and websites to promote our products.
