We realized marketers don't need more AI tools—they need fewer tabs.

One thing became obvious while building ThreadOps.

Most marketers aren't struggling because they lack AI.

They're struggling because they have too much of it.

One tool writes.

Another designs.

Another publishes.

Another tracks analytics.

Another handles approvals.

The real problem isn't intelligence.

It's coordination.

So we stopped thinking about AI as a single assistant and started thinking about it as a team.

That's the idea behind ThreadOps.

A group of specialized AI agents working together from strategy to publishing and analytics.

We're launching tomorrow, and we'd love honest feedback from founders, marketers, and agencies.

What's the most frustrating part of your current marketing workflow?

What I like is the shift from asking "what can AI do?" to asking "where does work break down between steps?"

A lot of workflows aren't limited by individual tasks anymore. They're limited by the friction of handing work from one stage to the next.

Exactly—that's the problem we kept running into.

We realized the bottleneck wasn't the individual AI agents; it was the handoff between them. Every time context gets lost, the next step has to rediscover everything, which creates friction.

That's why ThreadOps has a central campaign context that orchestrates the workflow across all the agents. Instead of each agent starting from scratch, they inherit the campaign's goals, audience, brand voice, previous decisions, and outputs from the earlier stages.

As the campaign evolves, that shared context evolves too. When it becomes too large, it's intelligently compressed into a structured memory so subsequent agents still retain the important context without unnecessary overhead.

The goal is for the workflow to feel like one cohesive marketing team—not a collection of isolated AI tools.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts—have you run into context handoff issues with other AI workflows?

I have, which is probably why your post stood out to me.

I'd rather not reduce my perspective to a few comments, though. I'd be interested in continuing the conversation by email if you're open to it. What's the best email to reach you on?

Absolutely! I'd love to dive deeper into it.

You can reach me at hi @ threadlane . in (please remove the spaces in between I am unable to post the link as of now so sorry for the inconvenience).

I'd be interested to hear about the context handoff challenges you've experienced as well—we've spent a lot of time thinking about that problem while building ThreadOps, and I'd love to compare notes.

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
