We did everything by the book.
Keywords. Blog posts. Technical SEO. Backlinks. The whole ritual.
Traffic looked fine on paper, but something felt off. Fewer clicks. Fewer real users. More “impressions” that didn’t turn into anything useful.
Then we noticed the real problem:
People weren’t searching the same way anymore.
They were asking ChatGPT.
They were reading AI answers.
They were never reaching our site.
SEO wasn’t broken. It was just irrelevant to how answers are now generated.
So we started testing something different. Instead of optimizing for rankings, we optimized for understanding. Structure, clarity, context, entities. Content that an AI could confidently summarize and recommend.
That became Copirax.
It’s not a magic growth button. It’s a tool for founders who want their product to exist in AI search results, not just Google’s old link list.
We’re building it in public, breaking things, learning fast, and looking for feedback from other indie builders who’ve noticed the same shift.
If AI search is already stealing your traffic, you’re not early. You’re late.
