We run 15+ YouTube channels. The hardest part wasn't making videos -- it was managing feedback.

Hey IH 👋 I'm Juwon, CEO of ELBA Corp based in Seoul. We operate 15+ YouTube channels, about 3M subscribers combined.

I want to talk about something that almost killed our productivity, and it wasn't content ideas or algorithms. It was giving feedback on video edits.

Every video we publish goes through multiple rounds of review. Internal directors, freelance editors, sometimes external clients. The problem? Feedback lived everywhere. WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, email threads, Google Drive comments, random phone calls. One editor would get conflicting notes from three people in three different apps. Versions got mixed up constantly. Instead of pointing to a specific frame, people would say "that weird cut around the middle somewhere."

We looked at existing tools. Frame.io was too expensive at our scale. Filestage made it painful to invite external collaborators who just needed to leave one comment. Google Drive doesn't even support timestamped comments on video.

So we just built the thing ourselves. That became YouViCo.

It's simple on purpose -- upload a video, share a link, get timestamped feedback from anyone. No accounts required for guest reviewers. No per-seat pricing.

We used it internally across all our channels first. Now we're starting to open it up to other teams and agencies.

Honestly, we're still early. Seed funded, paying customers, but a long way from having it all figured out. The one thing I feel good about is that we use this product every day on real productions, so we know exactly what's broken and what to fix next.
