Beautiful site. Love that you are sharing the metrics. I hope I am not being too forward when I ask this, and I mean it with all sincerity and intent of constructive criticism...
Why would you bother building the "/open" code for everyone to see when your landing page on the front of your domain doesn't even tell me what it is you do? What does "Planning, Made Simple" mean to me? What kind of planning? It wasn't until I went into the features area could I figure that out.
Unless you are using /open as a marketing landing to drive CTAs for trial signup, it seems way too early to be focusing effort there. None of your prospective customers will care. Or maybe they would... seeing you have virtually no traction (yet) and are willing to bet on the startup.
I love your design. I wish you the greatest of success. But I question if your priorities for effort are aligned with the growth success you want. The copy on the front page wasn't compelling enough to me to want to engage. If I wasn't a fellow IndieHacker and care about your success enough to continue to explore the site, I probably would have bounced from the site pretty quickly.
Hope the feedback is useful. Focus on the customers right now. The IH world that get to benefit from your transparency for /open can wait.

thanks for your honesty. we're working on the copy multiple times a week, but seems like we're still not nailing it.
we're splitting our energy in like 40 % product development, 40 % support, 10 % marketing and 10 % paper work & stuff.

Typical advice from the internets: talk about them, not you. The features page should be "benefits" and it should be "your" not "our". How do similar products do their landing pages?
hey thanks! we worked on all texts after a few people here said it's too much about us. I thought we did better now, but seems like we should go over it again. 🙈
Yikes! It looks like your server costs are more than $1 per 40 users and more than 25% of your revenue!

Hey alchemist, hosting costs include domain costs and we're pretty happy with our infrastructure. This setup is able to handle 10 times the load, so it's more like $1 per 400 users, which I'm fine with. Thanks anyway!
