Hey IndieHackers đź‘‹
We just relaunched ACEGI.io with a totally stripped-down, creator-first vibe—and I wanted to share why we pivoted away from features and toward clarity.
ACEGI is a messaging tool for creators, coaches, freelancers—anyone who’s overwhelmed with inbound messages. Think of it like a BuyMeACoffee, but instead of tips, people send you thoughtful, paid messages.
We used to pitch it like a “premium inbox”… and it sounded corporate, clunky, and vague.
Now? The new site feels more like:
✨ “Here’s my public page. If you want to message me, it costs a few bucks—and I’ll thoughtfully reply.”
That’s it. Less friction for the sender. No spam. Just clean, intentional communication.
AI spam and cold DMs are everywhere. People crave real interaction again.
Creators are drowning in “quick questions” and missing real opportunities.
Brands are trying to reach creators—but their messages get lost in the noise.
This lets creators filter and earn—while making sure the important stuff gets seen.
We’re trying to build the same kind of clarity that’s made BuyMeACoffee, Gumroad, and Lemon Squeezy successful: fast, clear, and useful.
If you want to be one of the first featured profiles on the new site, let me know in the comments—happy to hook up fellow indie builders.
